Combining large rough sawn cypress pine post, smoke redwood decking, polished blue stone with hand carved Balinese door.
Organic shaped blue stone slabs guides one through the garden, water falls from the bathroom roof into the pond.
Designed for the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show this garden was awarded a Gold Medal. A Contemporary design featuring a lap pool which runs in front of the lounge room. A covered outdoor kitchen that lets you cook outside all year round. And a table for dining under the stars. The use of Bluestone and timber as well as rendered planter boxes and pillars and a white feature wall of 3 dimensional tiles inset with mirrored window panels. Both the kitchen and living room pavilions are fully equipped with a wok burner in the former and TV and gas log fire in the latter. Five glow balls float on the pool setting a festive mood. The plantings are a tapestry of contrasting foliage’s, providing different colours as the seasons change.
This Gold Medal Winning Garden was constructed for the New Zealand International Flower and Garden show in 2017. Surrounded by a lush green tapestry of tropical plant life, this boutique resort style garden includes an island style hut with contemporary furnishings.
